Competing at the highest levels, I also balanced the demands of earning a Business Management degree while playing Division 1 tennis in the United States, honing my skills in discipline, time management, and strategic thinking both on and off the court. Zak is passionate about inspiring others to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoy sharing tips and routines to help people reach their fitness goals.
